PaperSaver is an easy-to-use system that provides a major advancement in value, effectiveness, and safety for paper deacidification. The PaperSaver formula is a spray whose active ingredients, when sprayed on normal weight papers, neutralizes acids immediately and for decades to come. PaperSaver is safe to use and contains no fluorocarbons. It not only rescues your aging originals from acids, it also protects them against other acid-containing materials in your scrapbook albums and against acid in the environment.
Our tests indicate that the net five ounces of product in the eight-ounce spray will spray from two to four times as many documents (document size accounts for the range) while costing half the price of the competition. PaperSaver’s proprietary formula targets acid to stop paper disintegration flat with a single application, on one side of the page.
PaperSaver was developed, tested, and verified to meet strict deacidification criteria set by the
Library of Congress, and meets ASTM D-4236 and Federal TSCA standards.
